Fees for publishing services, website implementation, and other professional services are payable in advance unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed to in writing by both parties.
As these services involve time, planning, and custom work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Many of the products available through our online shop are made especially for you after your order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, is damaged, or you receive the wrong product, we will happily arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Once we have reviewed and approved your claim, we will provide return instructions, including the return address if required. After the item has been received and inspected (where applicable), we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
To be eligible for an exchange:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The issue must relate to a manufacturing defect, damage during production, or an incorrect item supplied.
Photographic evidence may be required before an exchange is approved.
